All of our grinders have been remanufactured in-house. Most of our machines are a Besly model DH6 or DH2. Many have also been updated to the latest technology by adding PLCs, servos, variable frequency inverter drives, automation, etc. All of our DH6 and DH2 heads have been rebuilt in house. We service and maintain all of our own machinery.

Double or single side finegrinder / flat honing machine that is faster than lapping while still holding exceptionally close tolerances. It handles a large variety of materials in small or large production runs.

Our 23,000 square feet is filled with various types of grinders including a dedicated quality room and shipping area.

We have various machines that are automated with vibratory bowls and other auto-loading machinery. Automation continues to be a major point of process improvement and cost reduction goals.

We use some of the most accurate electronic gaging available in the industry today. Replacing older mechanical gages improves repeatability & reproducibility and increases accuracy.
Temperature Controlled, Central Coolant and Filtration System
Coolant management is an essential part of process control in high precision grinding operations. We have an automated central coolant system that eliminates variables in our coolant. The system maintains the temperature, cleanliness, and mixture of the coolant delivered to the grinders.
Over 125 Different Specifications in Inventory
Our abrasive inventory allows us to process many parts without the need to have new abrasive specifications made. When we do have to have a new specification made, our location is very beneficial.
